Refund Policy

All sales are final on our novelty/collector items. These are keepsakes, not trial runs. That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@bigbeautifulday.org.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label.
  • If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. In some cases we may provide a prepaid return label; items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

What Isn’t Returnable

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Used items or items not in original condition due to customer handling
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund per the above.
